Fender Squire 2005 - Stratocaster

This lefty Gold Series strat is in mint condition. Has a beautiful black matallic finish (not very visible in photos). Not a dent or scratch on it. Made in Indonesia. The quality far exceeds the Squires built today in China. New Squire strats sell for $390 plus tax and don’t come close to the quality of this one. Quality Fender gig bag included. New ones don’t include a case. All original paperwork and original allen keys included.

Key Features and QualityPickups: By 2005, the Squier Standard series transitioned to stock Alnico single-coil pickups, which offer a brighter, punchier, and more vintage-correct tone than the cheaper ceramic pickups found in entry-level Affinity models of today .

[Unlike thin-bodied Affinity guitars of today , the Standard features a full-thickness body (usually made of agathis during this mid-2000s era), giving it better acoustic resonance and making it compatible with a wider range of aftermarket replacement parts.

Neck and Playability: They typically feature a comfortable, slimmer modern neck profile with a 9.5-inch fretboard radius, making chord work and string bends smooth for beginners and seasoned players alike.
