Actually Mint.
This is part of the Refreshed standard series. This happens to be a particularly excellent player. The original owner simply wanted the new D-28 instead.
What I do at On Stage Acoustic Guitars is take popular guitars and prepare them for professional stage use. In the case of this D-18, it received fretboard reconditioning and a tweak of the truss rod. That’s it. You can certainly buy it “as is” as good as new.
But why stop there? If you are serious about your live performance sound, I can talk with you about including more boutique level pickups systems (hint: not anything you would find in your local music stores or online mega outlets.) Systems start at $300 and go up from there. Message me, we can talk about the particulars. Imagine, your guitar may actually sound like it was meant to be.
