An awesome reproduction of the classic 1956 Stratocaster® guitar. Features include an alder body, 10/56-shape finely detailed Birds-Eye maple neck, single-ply white pickguard and original spec pickups. This one comes has the New Old Stock (NOS) finish. The 3-way switch is installed and 5-way switch is included as are the Wammy bar and Ash Tray cover.
I have had this guitar for 24 years and it has always been a home guitar. A few blemishes like the paint chip next to the upper horn strap button (see pic 15) and a few minor scrapes over the rest of the body, nothing more than you would expect from a home-studio guitar, but it's not impeccable. The gear tray in the hard-shell tweed case has been drilled out by the original owner to accommodate a humidifier. (Arizona necessity)
A recent trip to the Luthiers had this guitar treated to a neck adjustment, fret polishing and a new set of 9-42's.
