This NAD 2100 Monitor Series Power Amplifier features NAD's legendary Power Envelope technology. Conservatively rated at 50 Watts per channel into 8 ohms, this amplifier is famous for its incredible dynamic headroom, capable of delivering brief musical bursts up to 200 Watts to effortlessly drive demanding speaker loads without clipping. It features convenient front-panel independent left and right input level controls, standard speaker switching, and a selectable Soft Clipping circuit to protect your speakers. The rear panel offers incredible versatility, allowing you to bridge the unit into a massive 150-Watt mono block, as well as choose between standard "Normal" inputs or filtered "Lab" inputs. Cosmetically, this unit shows moderate signs of wear from age and previous use including some rusting around the exterior frame. Functionally, this unit has been tested and is in full working order, though the tip of the plastic power button has broken off. Despite the cosmetic break, the switch mechanism still functions normally and can be turned on and off without issue. Perfect for any classic audiophile setup or modern vinyl system looking for that clean, warm vintage NAD punch.
