Selling a pair of racked Neve 1081 classics in horizontal format. Bought from SX pro in Nov 2024. Originally bought 4 of these for drum recording duties which I am no longer doing in my studio that so selling one of the pairs, and keeping the other.
For those who know this is an exquisite pre-amp. I personally prefer the sound of the AB circuit design over the ubiquitous class A of the 1073. Has a clearer tighter and more modern sound in my opinion, whilst still retaining the Neve smoothness. Then there’s the incredible eq section.…
It’s been kept in a smoke free studio and well looked after. There’s a minor mark on the side of the rack literally made as I took out to take these pics, and some minor wear on the back as shown in the pics.
Includes all original packaging and boxes.
Will be shipped DHL next day Insured.
**PRICE INCLUDES VAT**
I am selling via a VAT registered company (GB205594118) and so can provide the invoice for you to reclaim if you are also buying for a VAT entity.
