MK-101s are part of Oktava’s MK-012 ecosystem: the mic capsules are screwed to 012 stalks that hold the preamp electronics. They use the usual +48 V phantom power Oktava has several different capsules, both with large diagraphm and small.

The black MK-101s here are a matched pair, with the same serial number, and cardioid pattern. The silver MK-101 capsule has figure-of-eight pattern. (According to my ears, the freq response of this capsule is not identical on both sides, so it might not be a perfect choice for M/S miking.)

I’m selling these as a package that consists the two MK-101 cardioid capsules, one MK-101 figure-of-eight capsule, two preamp stalks, two -10 dB attenuators (to be screwed between the capsule and the preamp stalk), two simple mic clips (with thread adapters) and a nice wooden box (with some foam carved to hold the extra capsule).
