Now a story on this particular unit is that it works, works fine. However, two things need to be addressed for it to be a perfect device. One, the start and stop and play button will need to be replaced. The pads are worn out, very common issue. What I was able to do with it was hook up a mini controller keyboard with transport controls and it worked perfect. Other than that, it works fine. Maybe one or two of the control knobs may need to be adjusted or re-soldered, but it works fine. I used it for a long time, just trying to downsize with some equipment and decided to put it up for sale, so either this would be a great parts unit or a unit that you could fully restore, but it works great
