Bought new, includes original power brick and power cable. works perfect. Clean smoke free pet free studio use only. Plugged in power cables is an especially annoying PITA with this case, even when you take off the rails like they recommend so I did what someone at Intellijel suggested and just left power cables connected to all the power outlets and that has worked great so will leave them all plugged in for the next user. 

Also includes an Intellijel output expander which has four channels of passive attenuators (volume / level reducers) and a stereo send/ return connected to the 1/4” jacks on the case, all setup and ready to go. The passive attenuators are great for reducing the modular signal level down to line level for 1/4” outputs without coloring the sound.
