Line 6 Variax 300 2005 - 3-tone Sunburst

Up for sale is a 2005 Line 6 Variax 300 Electric Guitar finished in classic Sunburst (Serial: 05040700, Made in Indonesia).

If you love versatile studio and stage options, this guitar uses Line 6's onboard digital modeling to accurately recreate dozens of iconic vintage electrics, acoustics, 12-strings, resonators, and sitar sounds straight from the bridge piezos.

Condition & Functionality:

• Electronics: All models, pickup selections, volume, and tone controls switch and output as intended.
• Battery Notice: As is common with 1st-generation Variax guitars, the battery will deplete if left inside the compartment over time due to the internal DSP standby draw. It works normally while actively playing on fresh batteries, but the battery should be removed when stored, or run via an external Line 6 XPS / TRS power setup.
• Cosmetics: In good overall shape for a 20-year-old instrument. There are minor dings and clear-coat marks on the back of the body (clearly pictured) and typical light play wear, but no structural damage, cracks, or neck repairs. Frets show plenty of life left.

Guitar Specs:

• Bolt-on maple neck with rosewood fingerboard (22 frets)
• String-through hardtail bridge with piezo saddle pickups
• Master Volume, Master Tone, and rotary Model Selector knob
• 5-way selector switch for guitar sub-models
• Operates via standard battery clip in the rear compartment or optional TRS/XPS power supply

Guitar will be professionally packed and detuned for safe transit, insured, and shipped promptly via UPS Ground. Please reach out with any questions prior to purchase!
