- Transparent Compression: Adds sustain and balance without unwanted noise or signal "pumping".
- Tank-Like Build: Features a custom-engineered enclosure with a laser-etched stainless steel center console, recessed knobs, and top-mounted jacks.
- Premium Components: Uses 1% metal-film resistors, Wima and Panasonic capacitors, Neutrik jacks, and a Burr-Brown op-amp. [1, 2, 3]
Controls & Modes
- Knobs: Sustain (controls compression amount), Balance/Blend (mixes dry and compressed signals), and Treble (adjusts high-end clarity).
- Blend Mode: Parallel compression that lets you mix your clean dry signal with the compressed signal.
- Juicy Mode: Engages a fixed 90% compressed and 10% dry signal mix, turning the balance control into a volume/boost knob.
This is the BIG BOX, old original version. Slightly bigger than modern Thorpy pedals. Includes original box and goodies.
