This USA Made Martin acoustic bass is in great shape and just came back from our tech and did the following;
- Neck Reset and installed a missing bolt
- Replaced the transducer
- Leveled the frets and completed a full set up with Ernie Ball Earthwood 45-95.
The action sits at 3.5 mm at the 12th fret and at the end of the fretboard. There is plenty of room with the bridge saddle to bring it down if you wish for lower action. The current setup allows the bass to project acoustically.
Of note; the only negative is that the pre-amp doesn't completely mute when using the tuner.
