The H1427 model is near the very highest end guitar offered by the Silvertone company in the 50's and 60's. It features a pair of Gibson-designed P13 pickups that deliver fantastic tones perfect for everything from mellow jazz to fuzzed out blues and rock sounds. The large "D" shaped neck is straight and comfortable to play all the way up, while the 3" thick hollow body sounds good even acoustically. A beautiful example of this vintage, American-made guitar.
