The BOSS RT-2 Rotary Ensemble brings the rich, swirling sound and three-dimensional movement of a classic rotary speaker cabinet into a compact BOSS stompbox.

Using advanced BOSS modeling, the RT-2 recreates the complex interaction of a rotating horn and rotor while providing far more control and flexibility than a traditional rotary cabinet. From subtle modulation and spacious clean textures to dramatic fast-rotor effects, the RT-2 delivers authentic rotary character without hauling around a massive speaker cabinet.

Features:

• Authentic rotary speaker sounds in a standard BOSS compact pedal
• Advanced BOSS modeling technology
• Multiple rotary sound modes
• Independent control over rotary effect characteristics
• Seamless switching between slow and fast rotary speeds
• Adjustable Rise/Fall Time for realistic acceleration and deceleration
• Drive control for adding vintage-style warmth and saturation
• Stereo outputs for a wide, immersive rotary effect
• External control/expression pedal support for expanded real-time control
• Works great with guitar, keyboards and other instruments
• Legendary rugged BOSS construction
• Compact, pedalboard-friendly design

The RT-2 captures one of the most distinctive modulation effects ever created while adding the control and convenience of a modern pedal. It’s equally at home adding subtle movement to clean guitar tones, creating classic organ-style swirl, or producing dramatic psychedelic rotary effects.
