Universal Audio SP-1 Standard Pencil Microphone Matched Pair

Matched pair of small-diaphragm cardioid condenser microphones in excellent condition.

I used these only a few times and have kept them carefully protected in padded storage when not in use. Both microphones are exceptionally clean with no scratches, dents or scuffs.

Immediately before listing, I connected each microphone individually through a Universal Audio Apollo preamp with 48V phantom power and confirmed that both are producing signal properly.

The SP-1 is a matched pair of small-diaphragm cardioid condenser microphones designed for stereo recording of acoustic instruments, drum overheads, percussion, live performances and other sources.

Hemisphere microphone modeling: The SP-1 is compatible with Universal Audio's Hemisphere Mic Collection. A new owner can register the microphones to their own Universal Audio account using UA Connect. Universal Audio states that purchasers of second-hand Standard Series microphones should contact UA Customer Care if Hemisphere is not automatically provided after registration.
