DESCRIPTION

Up for sale is a brand new CarolBrass CTR-7370L-YLT-Bb-L professional Bb trumpet, serial #140813, made in Taiwan.

This is one of CarolBrass’s lightweight professional models designed with lead, commercial and big band playing in mind. It features a large #72 thin yellow brass bell, .460 ML bore, reverse leadpipe configuration and two different main tuning slides.

This trumpet has never been owned by anyone and has only been personally play-tested by me to make sure everything is performing exactly as it should.

It also comes with two different sets of finger buttons, including the stone inlay buttons pictured on the horn and a lightweight metal set.

CONDITION

Brand New

This trumpet is brand new and has never been owned or used by a customer. It has only been personally play-tested by me to make sure everything is performing exactly as it should.

The valves are smooth and fast, the slides operate properly, and the lacquer finish is beautiful.

The photos are of the actual instrument you will receive, not factory stock photos.

IMPORTANT PHOTO NOTE

This instrument was photographed in a professional LED light box. Bright reflections can sometimes make the bell or tubing appear wavy or distorted. Unless specifically noted in the condition description, these reflections are not damage.

A comparison photo has also been included to demonstrate how the opening and interior of the light box can create apparent lines, waves or distortions in the highly reflective bell. These are reflections and not damage to the instrument.

PLAYABILITY

The CTR-7370L-YLT-Bb-L is built around a lightweight, large bell setup with a reverse leadpipe and .460 ML bore.

It is a quick responding, lively horn with plenty of projection and is particularly well suited for lead trumpet, big band, commercial and jazz playing.

The two main tuning slides also give you another way to adjust the feel and response of the horn depending on your preference.

The CTR-7370L-YLT-Bb-L is an interesting option for players who like the feel and response of a lightweight professional trumpet but want something different from the usual Bach or Yamaha.
