These are basically brand new, with about two hours of use.
I bought two sets of these headphones, they can connect to one base. That’s super cool. The problem is, these won’t connect to the base.
They work 100% connected via Bluetooth to any standard device.
They work 100% plugged in with a direct audio cable.
They charge on the base. Everything is perfect, except the proprietary Bluetooth connection to the Yamaha base transmitter doesn’t work.
I tried the second pair of headphones with the base. Works great. The base does work.

So here’s the problem, Kraft Music doesnt take returns on ANY headphones, which I can understand. But totally sucks. 😂
So maybe you know how to solve this problem, that’d be cool.
