Meinl MarathMeinl Marathon Series Wood Conga Pair Natural w/ LP Bags & Stands – Thailand-Madeon Series

Older-generation Meinl Marathon Series wooden conga pair in natural finish, complete with two padded Latin Percussion (LP) conga bags and two individual floor stands.

These are an earlier version of Meinl's long-running Marathon Series rather than the current-generation Marathon Classic design. Both instruments retain their distinctive older black-and-gold Marathon Series / Meinl badges marked:

“Made in Thailand by Roland Meinl Musikinstrumente, Germany.”

The drums feature traditional wooden shells, genuine Meinl natural-hide heads, black rims and mounting hardware, chrome tuning rods, and protective black base rings.

CONDITION

Congas – Excellent:
The natural-finish wooden shells have been exceptionally well preserved, with only minor cosmetic evidence of normal use. Hardware is clean and complete. The genuine Meinl natural-hide heads show normal playing wear and patina but remain intact. Please examine the detailed photographs for condition.

LP Conga Bags – Excellent:
Two padded Latin Percussion conga bags are included. Both are in excellent condition and feature carrying handles and backpack straps.

Stands – Fair:
Two individual tripod-style conga stands are included. The stands show considerably more cosmetic wear than the drums and bags but remain functional.

This is a complete ready-to-play and transport setup.
