Vintage dbx 166 2-Channel Compressor / Limiter / Gate - Good Condition

Up for sale is a classic, vintage dbx 166 two-channel compressor, limiter, and expander/gate. This is the highly sought-after original "Blackface" version featuring the legendary dbx VCA circuitry and the distinct colored knobs. Renowned for its punchy character, it is a staple for fattening up drums, smoothing out bass lines, and controlling vocals.

Condition: 100% operational. All pots, switches, LEDs, and I/O jacks work exactly as they should.
Cosmetic: Good condition. Shows normal, age-appropriate cosmetic wear, including light surface scratches on the top and bottom chassis from standard rack mounting. The faceplate is clean, and all text and labels are fully legible. There is evidence of tape on top of the unit where I had channel descriptions marked. (Please refer to photos for a closer look).
