Vintage API 550A 3-band equalizers — sequential matched pair, serial numbers 5427 and 5428. Melville, NY era modules (Automated Processes Inc labels). Fitted with Huntington 2520 discrete op amps. Classic API 550A tone: selectable HF / MF / LF bands with stepped boost/cut, filter switches, and IN engage. Ideal stereo bus or matched channel pair in a 500-series rack. From a hobby/home studio, lightly used — not long hours in a for-rent recording studio. Cosmetics consistent with vintage modules (see photos): light wear, dust, and patina; one Melville label has a frayed corner. Includes the two modules only as shown (no lunchbox/chassis unless noted at pack-out). Local pickup available. Happy to answer questions.
