The Twinkudo Custom overdrive pedal is a top-of-the-range handmade pedal made in Japan. It combines 2 independent overdrive circuits, each offering 3 different modes depending on the configuration chosen.

The Zenkudo mode was developed to approximate the sound of Robben Ford and/ or Larry Carlton's Dumble amps. The Dumkudo version is a higher-gain version of the Zenkudo, designed to work better with single-coil pickups.

Fans of high-gain Dumble sounds should find plenty to like with the Dumkudo, while the Zenkudo will be a better choice for those who prefer more subtle, controlled sounds. The designer has added a 3-position switch on the side of the cabinet that allows you to switch between Zenkudo, Marshall and Dumble modes. The LED indicator also changes from blue to red and green to show which mode the pedal is

So each mode of the Twinkudo (Zenkudo and Dumkudo) has a 3-wav switch on the back to customise your sound, whether it's the 'Marshall sound (red LED), the

'Dumble' sound (green LED) or the Zenkudo' sound (blue LED).

Once again, the three modes produce very different sounds and sonic behaviours, and of course you can use the 2 modes simultaneously and superimpose the ffects to obtain a boost or even more pronounced distortion. The sound palette is very wide, precise and without any added hum. There's something for everyone.

This pedal was made in 2020 and has not been modified or damaged in any way. It is in perfect working order, using a standard 9-volt power supply (not supplied).
