The Fender Modern Player Telecaster Plus is a unique, budget-friendly electric guitar produced in China during the early-to-mid 2010s that combines traditional Telecaster style with an HSS (Humbucker-Single-Single) pickup configuration.
Key Specifications
- Body Material: Solid pine, which makes the instrument relatively light.
- Neck: C-shaped maple neck with a 9.5"-radius maple fingerboard and 22 medium jumbo frets.
- Pickups: Modern Player Tele single-coil (neck), Modern Player Strat single-coil (middle), and a Modern Player humbucker (bridge).
- Controls & Switching: 5-way blade switch, master volume, master tone, and a mini-toggle switch to split the bridge humbucker.
- Bridge: Vintage-style string-through-body Stratocaster hardtail bridge with 6 saddles
