**Sorry guys and gals but I had to disable offers due to all the clowns offering me 1000 bucks like I’m trying to pay rent**

If you message me asking for 100 bucks off I might give it to you on a good day!

If you can’t recognize the value of this listing then I don’t know what to tell you.
—Have a good day ✨—

Why is this guitar shipping with a fender custom shop case? For the same reason that I’m selling this guitar: the herd must be thinned so you’re getting an amazing case in mint condition ($250ish value) that you can honestly just turn around and sell. It’s also serving the dual purpose of making sure this guitar arrives to you in mint condition and this guitar is absolutely minty in both color and condition. I bought this guitar brand new from Sweetwater. It is a one owner closet queen.

Let’s discuss the upgrades shall we? Perhaps the custom case is warranted after all…

Lollar Imperial Humbuckers ($400 value and I apologize I don’t remember the exact specifications other than neck and bridge and zero aging applied)

Mastery Bridge OMV-P Bridge and Tremolo kit, String Tree ($445 + $30)

The guitar is set up immaculately with all fret nibs meticulously whittled away and a new bone nut installed.

The upgraded bit o’ kit was purchased brand new at my expense and professionally installed here at Seattle’s best guitar shop (sorry Emerald City Guitars 😢) Mike & Mikes, and might I say they did a damn fine job.

The only condition issues I could find was a small dark mark between the top bouts (2nd to last pic) and a tiny mark on the top upper bout (last pic). Other than those the guitar is mint.

By my math the grand total of this guitars expenses incurred by me is on the order of just over 2k after set up and installation and not including the value of the case. Good job Pete. You had all this work done and then played the guitar for a grand total of maybe 8 hours in my apartment before putting it away in a case for two years. And now it’s ready for a new home.

Priced to sell. No low ball offers please. It’s not taking up that much room 😌
