This is a classic over easy compressor (with a single rack ear, since it's half rack-sized). If you're not a tweaker and want compression/limiting without worrying about attack, release and ratio settings, this is the box for you. Just use the slider on the front to select the amount of compression you want and you're done. Has a handy front of box high impedance (Hi-Z) input for plugging your instrument in directly, plus a level dial. On the back is the standard rack, in/out plus a Hi-Z trim and the ability to strap two units together to effectively make a stereo unit. I am not the first owner and received this unit a bit scratched up on the top (as shown in the photos), but the faceplate looks good and more importantly, this unit works perfectly. I am a player who prefers to tweak parameters and this didn't give me enough control over my sound, so I'm using other compressors and rather than let this sit neglected, I'm selling it to somebody who wants a studio or live/ ready unit.
