"The Kawasaki" Green MKIV v2 Limited edition n:20 of 50- Dave Main Aug 2022 - Enamel / Metal

Possibly the holy Grail of MkIV Tone benders, "The Kawasaki" Bat man V2 is a fuzz of legend and exclusive rarity limited to just 50 pieces. Hand Made by Dave Main himself and signed inside for Ant and Steve Macari (who personally signed the paper work). Three black STC transistors, and a Mullard OC82D diode. It covers a wide range of fuzz tone from rolled back clean up to mid overdrive to aggressive OTT fuzz. Huge volume, and formidable gain staging in front of a high head room amp. Ive never gigged this pedal, it's immaculate. I used it for one purpose, to drive my Marshall 1987x into orbit, especially good with an SG as Ant shows in the attached Video or with fenders. This pedal covers it all, I had no use for other drive pedals infront of the amp the guitars volume does it all. Here's some tech stuff: Material Type: Germanium. STC historically produced alloy-junction PNP germanium semiconductors in the UK.

• The "Evil" Aesthetic: These specific black-cased STC transistors were chosen by Dave Main to voice this limited-run MKIV circuit to match the raw character of vintage 1970s units.
• The Diode: The accompanying Mullard OC82D acts in a specialized clipping/diode role rather than as a primary transistor.

Needless to say these dont come up often, and exclusivity drives the price. No rush to sell, collectors will understand what this pedal represents.
