The Fender American Acoustasonic Stratocaster in Natural is a highly versatile USA-made hybrid designed to cover both acoustic and electric territory from one lightweight instrument.

Its solid Sitka spruce top and hollow mahogany body provide genuine unplugged resonance, while the Fender/Fishman Acoustic Engine combines an under-saddle transducer, internal body sensor and magnetic pickup to create a wide range of amplified sounds.

A Modern Deep “C” mahogany neck, ebony fingerboard and 25.5" scale give it a playing feel much closer to a modern Fender electric than a conventional full-depth acoustic.

This pre-owned example is presented in Very Good Condition and includes a gigbag.

Fender/Fishman Acoustic Engine

The 3-source Acoustic Engine combines:

• Fishman under-saddle transducer

• Internal body sensor

• Fender Acoustasonic Noiseless / N4 magnetic pickup

The 5-way selector provides five pairs of sounds, giving access to 10 core acoustic and electric-inspired voices.

The Blend/Mod control lets you move between or combine the two voices assigned to each position.

Acoustic & Electric Versatility

The Acoustasonic can cover sounds inspired by:

• Larger acoustic body styles

• Smaller concert acoustics

• Different acoustic tonewood combinations

• Percussive acoustic textures

• Magnetic electric-guitar sounds

• Blended acoustic/electric tones

The magnetic pickup also works particularly well with overdrive, delay, modulation and ambient effects.

Solid Spruce Top & Hollow Mahogany Body

The solid Sitka spruce top works with Fender’s hollow mahogany body and SIRS resonance system to give the guitar a genuine acoustic response when played unplugged.

Its slim body keeps the feel much closer to an electric guitar, making it especially comfortable for players who find traditional acoustics bulky.

Modern Fender Playability

The guitar features:

• Modern Deep “C” mahogany neck

• Ebony fingerboard

• 12" fingerboard radius

• 25.5" scale length

• 22 narrow-tall frets

• Graph Tech TUSQ nut

This gives the Acoustasonic a familiar feel for electric players while retaining its acoustic functionality.
