1960's Rogers Clock face throw off and butt plate. Also known as the swiv-o-matic.
Works as intended. Chrome has some wear from age and handling, but no rust.
All mounting screws are present. Two mounting screws for the throw off DO have washers, I just forgot to add them for the photos.
