This is pretty much like new. It even still has the sticker on the bottom of the footboard. I bought this brand new and barely used it because I ended up needing a remote hi-hat stand instead. I did trim off a couple inches or so from the top of the rod because the stock height is ridiculously tall. Trust me you'll thank me. This is a fantastic stand though, very smooth and responsive, very heavy duty and high build quality. I was very impressed with it.
