I had this installed on my 1950’s Kay mandolin and it’s not been a great fit sound wise for this instrument. The String spacing is wide at 1 3/4” not the standar Gibson 1 9/16 But I know that can be recut and new ones have to be cut to fit as well so I’m selling it. It’s mostly been in my studio and a few gigs and one plane ride out west but that’s it.
