Schecter Damien-8 Multiscale Electric Guitar — Satin Black

The Damien-8 Multiscale delivers genuine ergonomic comfort across eight strings without compromise—a thin, fast neck profile and carbon-reinforced stability reward aggressive playing from the lowest frequencies to the highest. This professional-grade instrument balances extended-range capability with hands-on playability, translating multiscale fretboard architecture into a serious tool for metal, progressive, and modern styles.

Playability & Neck Design

The multiscale architecture spans 25.5" to 27.5" across eight strings, eliminating tension and intonation compromises inherent to traditional extended-range designs. A thin 'C' profile maple neck with carbon fiber reinforcement and 24 X-Jumbo frets on a 20" radius rosewood fretboard creates a fast, responsive instrument in hand; the Graph Tech XL Black Tusq nut and 2-way adjustable truss rod provide long-term stability and precise setup options.

Tone & Electronics

Paired Schecter Diamond Heretic pickups in bridge and neck positions deliver the aggression and clarity demanded by eight-string applications, with a Volume/Tone push-pull control and 3-way switch providing focused tonal flexibility. The Hipshot 8-String Multiscale Fixed Bridge with black hardware ensures tuning stability and sustain without sacrificing modern aesthetics.
