Description: Up for sale is a 2001 Gibson '67 Reissue Flying V in Gloss Ebony time capsule
This guitar was made at the Nashville, TN plant on August 12, 2001 (Serial Number: 02241576). I have owned and safely stored this guitar for 25 years. It has only been taken out of the case a few times and it still has the factory plastic covering the pickguard.
The original factory protective plastic film is STILL on the pickguard. Condition Notes: - Condition: Mint
There are absolutely no scratches, dings, buckle rash, or pick swirls. - Structure: Flawless. No headstock cracks, repairs, modifications, or fret wear. - Electronics: 100% factory original and untouched.
Includes: - Original Gibson hardshell case. The interior of the shell and case latches are in excellent condition. The exterior of the case has a few superficial scuffs from storage (as shown in pictures).
This is a rare opportunity for a Gibson collector or serious player to own a pristine Flying V from a highly praised era of Gibson production.
