Authentic, hand-carved West African djembe originating from Mogtedo, Burkina Faso. Carved from a single solid log of dense, rich West African Lenke hardwood. Very heavy, resonant, and built to traditional specs.

Tuning & Setup:
- Ropes are currently set in straight vertical runners at baseline tension (as shown in photos).
- Plenty of extra tail remains on the working rope, leaving a completely fresh canvas for the buyer to pull 1–3 rows of Mali diamonds and dial in their exact preferred pitch.
Condition:
- Playing surface and bearing edge are clean and fully intact.
- Shell is structurally rock-solid with no cracks or splits.
- Features a minor cosmetic wood chip on the interior bottom rim from the hand-carving process (visible in interior cavity photo; completely hidden when standing upright, zero impact on balance or sound).
