Unlike the standard Player Jazzmaster, this Chicago Music Exchange exclusive came factory-equipped with USA-made Pure Vintage ’65 Jazzmaster single-coil pickups and a four-way selector offering bridge, bridge/neck parallel, neck, and bridge/neck series settings. It also features a tortoiseshell pickguard, aged-white plastics, a maple neck with pau ferro fingerboard, 22 frets, and Fender’s floating tremolo system.
The “75” emblem on the back of the headstock commemorates Fender’s 75th anniversary and is original to its 2021 production year.
The guitar presents very cleanly overall. Please review the photos for its exact cosmetic condition —there is a small ding on the guitar below the jack on bottom side. A great-looking and less-common Player Jazzmaster with traditional Jazzmaster pickups and more tonal versatility than the standard model.
