Up for sale is an incredible Fender Custom Shop Masterbuilt ’50s Jazzmaster, built by Fender Master Builder Levi Perry and finished in Faded Aged Sonic Blue with a factory Relic treatment.
This is not a standard Custom Shop Jazzmaster- it’s a full Masterbuilt instrument loaded with some really special specs, including a pair of Josefina Campos Custom Shop hand-wound Jazzmaster pickups, 250K pots, an RSD J-Bridge, rift-sawn maple neck, and gold anodized pickguard.
The combination of the 250K electronics and Josefina pickups gives it a slightly warmer, fuller character than the traditional ultra-bright Jazzmaster sound while still retaining all of the clarity, attack and openness you expect from a great JM.
