This is a Gibson Flying V from 1983. The serial # is 81663542. The guitar was oversprayed black at some point. We removed it. Original black finish was underneath. The guitar has upgrades. It now has two DiMarzio pickups. The neck pickup is a DiMarzio DM 2 Super II, and the bridge pickup is a DiMarzio DM2 DP-215 (Steve Vai model). Schaller bridge made in Germany. CTS pots. The guitar plays and sounds great. Definitely a rock & roll monster. Neck is clean and straight. Some minor fret wear. Original Gibson tuners. It's a "player". Original case is taped on the outside.
