Beautiful and exceptionally lightweight pair of Istanbul Agop 14" 30th Anniversary Hi-Hats, completely handmade in Istanbul, Turkey using traditional Turkish cymbal-making techniques.

These cymbals have seen very little use and have been stored for several years. They remain in excellent structural condition.

Condition:

• No cracks
• No keyholing
• No edge cracks or chips
• No repairs or modifications
• Center holes are clean and round
• Edges are in excellent condition
• Very little evidence of actual playing

Due to age and long-term storage, there is natural patina, oxidation and cosmetic discoloration in various areas. Some of the original ink has also faded over time. All of these cosmetic characteristics are clearly shown in the detailed photographs.

The 30th Anniversary series is known for its distinctive vintage-inspired, pre-aged appearance, extensive hand hammering and traditional lathing. The irregular surface character is inherent to these individually handmade cymbals.

At 776g / 796g, this is a beautifully lightweight and closely matched pair, offering the dark, warm, complex and highly responsive character associated with the 30th Anniversary series.
