Taylor Guitars has grown rapidly since the 2000s, becoming a world-leading acoustic guitar brand thanks to its innovative guitar construction. It enjoys immense popularity, particularly in the US, where it's used by professional musicians. This instrument is a custom Grand Concert body model, with materials selected and custom-ordered by our staff on-site. It's a custom build based on the "Builder's Edition 812ce." Features include an Adirondack spruce top, cocobolo sides and back with a wedge construction, mahogany neck, ebony fingerboard and bridge, Venetian cutaway, Hawaiian koa binding and armrest, cocobolo headstock, Hawaiian koa back strap on the back of the headstock, Hawaiian koa truss rod cover, abalone rosette and trim, and Gotoh 510 antique gold tuners. Beautiful Hawaiian koa wood is used down to the smallest details, resulting in a gorgeous finish unique to a custom model. Combining carefully selected Adirondack spruce and cocobolo wood, this guitar delivers a powerful sound with enhanced dynamics from low to high frequencies. Despite its slightly smaller grand concert size, it boasts a resonant sound that belies its size. Its excellent handling makes it suitable for a variety of styles, including fingerstyle and strumming. It features the new "Claria pickup system," combining an under-saddle piezo pickup with a newly developed preamp to achieve reliable and easy-to-use amplified tones in any setting. Mid and Tone controls allow for even broader sound control. This is a guitar we highly recommend for anyone seeking a truly special instrument. Please consider it.
