Honua Ukulele is a brand established in 2013 by Tokyo-born luthier Mac Harada. Each instrument is handmade one by one in his Waimanalo workshop using carefully selected woods.
The HC-01 is a standard concert model featuring a Hawaiian Koa body. It boasts a simple design that highlights the wood's natural beauty and a distinctive headstock plate that incorporates maple wood.
It also features a beautiful finish achieved with water-based lacquer. The instrument delivers a clear, gentle tone with excellent, singing sustain.
