1x8 Extension Cab Orange-Style Tolex w/ Weber Alnico Signature 8S 8Ω

A compact closed back extension cabinet for low-wattage amps, recording rigs, and players who want the response of an 8" speaker without taking up much room. The textured orange covering closely matches the look of Orange amplifier tolex and is paired with vintage-style grille cloth, a black leather handle, removable rear panel, and single 1/4" speaker connection. Inside is an 8" Weber Alnico Signature Series 8S with a ribbed cone and 15-watt rating. The cabinet load has been checked with a multimeter and verified at 8 ohms.

This one also has an interesting bit of history. It came to us through a Weber insider (hint: he goes by the moniker of "Ricky Love" when he's on stage) who had acquired this cabinet along with a matching orange-covered Champ-style cabinet after the pair had reportedly been sitting at the Weber shop for an extended period. According to the previous owner, the cabinets had been built then never sold. There are no identifying marks establishing who actually built the enclosure, so we're presenting that history as provenance rather than representing the cabinet itself as a factory Weber product.

Very Good.

The cabinet presents very well overall, with light signs of previous storage and use. The orange covering, grille cloth, handle, rear panel, and hardware are clean overall as shown in the photos.

Cabinet impedance has been verified with a multimeter at 8 ohms. No manufacturer's label, serial number, or builder's mark has been found on the enclosure.
