Powers on and appears to be ready to work correctly, but I don't have a way to test it any more than that.
All the buttons and functions are responding to my touch, and the channels are going into record ready mode. So the only thing that I would not be able to tell is whether there is some sort of internal belt that has broken which controls the tape or something like that. So just throwing out that disclaimer there. But it looks in great shape visually.
