Vintage dbx 117 Decilinear compressor/expander in very good overall condition.
Tested and working properly. This is an early American-made dbx dynamics processor featuring the classic Decilinear compression/expansion control, level-match control, and selectable normal/slow release.
The unit shows normal cosmetic wear consistent with its age, including light marks and wear to the chassis and wood side panels. The front panel presents very well overall, with clean, legible graphics and the original controls intact. Please review the photos for the exact cosmetic condition.
Rear connections are RCA and include A/B inputs and outputs for integration with a tape recorder and preamp, as shown in the photos. Original attached power cord is intact.
Made in Waltham, Massachusetts, USA.
A nice example of an early dbx dynamics processor that would fit well in a vintage recording setup or hi-fi/tape system.
