A rare treat at this age and condition!
1977-78 Ibanez Artist model 2618 with all original parts. Right down to the Super 80 (flying finger emblem) humbuckers and Ibanez branded tuners.
Made at the Fugi Gen factory in Japan, this guitar is a great piece of history with a unique sound that's all but impossible to copy with todays electronics. Mahogany body, maple arch top and neck, and ebony fretboard with abalone dot inlays show serious quality and attention to detail, with only some discoloration and minor cracking on the binding. The gold hardware shows some patina from age, but all hardware including truss rod are fully functional.
It's in excellent condition with three minor dents in the clear coat, as pictured. Original hard case included.
