The big boy! These extra large bodied acoustic archtops were designed to help big band guitar players compete with the other instruments in the orchestra before amplification became ubiquitous. This beautiful example, with honest playwear and checking throughout, comes from the second year of production for the Super 300 - it’s old, broken in, and as loud and resonant as they come. Spruce top, maple back and sides, rosewood fretboard. Original case, as well!
