I purchased this guitar new in April 2021. It is in perfect working condition with a new set of Rotosound 9's. There are some cosmetic dings in the nitrocellulose lacquer. The finish that PRS used on this guitar is very thin which was aimed at affording more resonance. The trade off is that is wears quickly and dings quite easily. This guitar has been played mostly at home. I've tried to show the wear areas in the photos.
I'm a fingerstyle player so there is a worn area that shows up where my finger rests below the strings between the two pickups and another along the lower edge where the finish has worn due to simply resting on the fabric of my pants when playing sitting down. I'm only selling it because I've purchased a CE 24 that I'm gigging with so this guitar is not getting much use.
