Sequential Circuits MultiTrak analogue 6-voice polyphonic synthesizer from approx. 1985 for sale.

Relatively rare, and with som especial features. It has got a comprehensive (for it's time...) sequencer, an arpeggiator, six individual outs(!) and chorus. It's like an expanded version of the Six-Trak, and the closest you came to an analogue workstation in 1985.

Each voice is based on the Curtis CEM3394 -voice chip, which was a synth-on-a-chip with one analogue VCO, VCF and VCA. (This chip also features in a couple of other synth from the same period, the Akai AX60 and AX73, as well as Sequentials own Six-Trak.)

Relatively small in size, only 87cm width.

This synthesizer is 40 years old, and is sold as-is.

I am however going to give an as comprehensive as possible description of it, so a potential buyer knows what he's getting in to:

Cosmetically satisfying. A little wear on the lower backside, and the paint has faded somewhat on the front panel. Over all very few marks or dents, looks well kept.

Synthesizer, sequencer, arpegiator works. Programming of sounds works.

Battery works, and stored sounds will be retained even after power cycling.

Individual outs work.

Pitch bender is a bit angeled, and has no suspension. (I don't know if its supposed to have suspension, to be honest...)

I'm uncertain if the chorus works, it does not make much of a difference when turning it on.

Knobs and buttons all work, but some of them jump a bit on the values, they will probably need a cleaning.
