Please reach out with any questions - I have tried to honestly describe and depict all aspects of the guitar and want the transaction to go smoothly for both parties!

Listing denotes excellent condition due to full functionality (i.e. no buzzing, no dead frets, limited sign of play wear, near perfect fret life, etc.) without the presence of regular user wear/tear/gouges/dents. The photos were intentionally taken to show the guitar is in excellent condition with a straight neck and is set up with optimal action for this type of guitar (see Photo 7). Silky Adirondack Spruce top and dark red-brown Rosewood back (see Photos 1-5). Note that the gloss finish makes it difficult to photograph without reflection which is why you can see my porch deck reflected on the back haha (see Photo 4).

There is a finish blemish/discoloration on the top of the headstock. No affect on the functionality or structural integrity but I still wanted to point it out (see Photo 6). Overall, these factory-made Eastmans are incredible value for the sound and playability that you get but the tradeoff is that the finishing is not perfect and blemishes/discolorations seem to be common.

According to the Eastman website, this particular model has:

- size 0 (i.e. parlor sized, which is considerably smaller than a traditional dreadnaught)

- a solid Adirondack Spruce (this is not thermo-cured, and was predecessor to that version)

- solid Indian Rosewood back and sides

- ebony fingerboard

- hand-carved scalloped X-bracing

- bone nut with 1.8125" [1 13/16"] nut width

- "C" shape neck profile with dual acting truss rod and 12" fingerboard radius

- 24.9" (~632 mm) scale length

- 2 & 3/8" string spacing at the bridge

- made in China (as seen on inner label of Photo 2)

Included is the original hard case which still smells like brand new factory guitar finish (smoke-free home) and associated case candy (i.e. Allen wrench for truss rod adjustment, certificate, case key, cloth wipe, etc.) There is a light scuff mark on the bottom of the case (see right side of Photo 8).

Eastman MSRP is $2649 but they actually sell for $2119 brand new so this is listed at about 30% off retail. For clarification, I am the original owner and wanted to try blues-style fingerpicking but found I prefer the traditional picked American flattop experience. This guitar is essentially brand new and has very little play time, as pictured, and would make a fantastic guitar for someone wanting to try any genre variation that includes fingerpicking. With the wider nut width, shorter scale length, and smaller body size that is really how this guitar is designed to be played.

Lastly, this is not a shop - I am a just casual hobby musician with a normal job and cannot accept returns due to time commitment. My descriptions and pricing reflect this!
