1984 Ludwig catalog in nice condition. I went drum shopping in spring 1984 and brought home catalogs from Ludwig, Tama, Yamaha, Pearl, and Paiste. I ended up buying a Tama kit. This Ludwig catalog was only looked at a few times.
It does show very minor edge wear from being moved from time to time in book shelves over 40+ years which I provided photos. Staples are securely anchored and in place. No pages or cover written on, no pages folded or edge tattered. It has a nice crisp and firm feel in the hand....same with the pages. While not in mint condition it's somewhere in the very good or better range. The definitive Ludwig catalog of the 1980's especially with this being the 75th anniversary year. I thought long and hard about buying the Ludwig 75th anniversary "eagle" kit.....went with the Tama Superstars.
