WA-44 Passive Ribbon Mic from Warm Audio. Complete with carrying case and bag. Has always been stored in the carrying case when not in use, is in perfect condition.
This is a recreation of the classic RCA-44 ribbon mic and has the rich, smooth, lower-frequency heavy response typical of the type. IMO a very flattering sound for all kinds of vocals, but also excellent on amps and acoustic instruments.
Mic is built very solidly and is HEAVY. You'll need a heavy duty mic stand with some kind of counterweight to use it properly unless it's positioned vertically.
