I purchased this 1955 Gibson CF100 back in early 2025 as my next project... and has pretty much been sitting in its case ever since... I also have 2 other CF100s that I really like and are going to be passed down to my nieces when they are old enough to appreciate them.

I have very little knowledge of this guitar's past life but the top has definitely been worked on and has been resprayed.... the back and sides probably not.
Playability..... Yes it is quite playable as long as you stay above the 12th fret. The fret board seems to drop off from there to the sound hole.
