A Gen 2 Apollo: the four-preamp desktop x4, with 12-in / 18-out Thunderbolt 3 desktop interface with four Unison preamps and QUAD-core of UAD DSP, so UA's compressors, EQs, and preamp emulations run while you track, at near-zero latency, and can be printed or left monitoring-only. The Unison preamps model the impedance and gain staging of classic Neve, API, Avalon, Manley, and Fender front ends at the analog stage, not just as a plugin afterwards. Four Unison preamps track a whole rhythm section or a podcast panel from the desk, with ADAT to grow.

Gen 2 brings UA's newest converters (their widest dynamic range and lowest distortion yet), Auto-Gain to set input levels for you, bass management, and Sonarworks-powered Apollo Monitor Correction. Ships with the Analog Classics bundle; check UA's site for current bundle contents, as they change.
