🚨 CONDITION NOTE: This is an authentic Out-of-Box (OOB) New-Old-Stock (NOS) survivor from the 1980s/90s. The head is un-played and structurally sound, but because it spent years in warehouse storage without a box it sustained two shallow surface dents located about an inch from the outer edge near the factory logo. These should not impact performance once seated and tuned. Price adjusted to account for these flaws. Please see pics for details and message with any questions.
This head is suitable for rock/metal players, budget builders, and garage kit overhauls: an un-played vintage Space Percussion 12" Smooth Ebony gloss black drumhead. It features the factory-original stark white "Space Percussion" block logo stamped cleanly along the top edge of the film.
The 12" smooth ebony film is completely un-played and un-stretched, engineered explicitly to deliver a fat, punchy, dark rock tone with a short, controlled fundamental decay. Perfect as a striking front-facing resonant side or top-side batter head. The steel hoop is perfectly in-round and flat.
